When you purchase a Product, ZukCore grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product for personal purposes, subject to these Terms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, your License is intended for use by you only.

ZukCore does not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with any third-party software or service.
ZukCore Products may interact with or be used alongside third-party services, including Valve, Steam, Counter-Strike 2, FACEIT, and anti-cheat software.
ZukCore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Valve Corporation, Steam, Counter-Strike 2, FACEIT, or their respective owners unless explicitly stated.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and rules.
The use of ZukCore Products may result in restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party services.
ZukCore does not guarantee that your Steam, CS2, FACEIT, or other gaming account will remain unrestricted or unbanned.
You acknowledge and accept these risks before purchasing and using our Products.
You may not use the Website or Products to:
ZukCore may suspend or terminate your access to a Product or account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, engage in fraudulent activity, share or redistribute a License, or otherwise materially harm ZukCore or its users.
Where permitted by applicable law, termination resulting from your violation of these Terms does not create an entitlement to a refund.
ZukCore may also suspend access where necessary to protect the security or integrity of its systems.
Purchases are generally non-refundable once digital delivery has begun, subject to any mandatory rights provided to consumers under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
